General Visitor Information

Mobile Phones
To preserve the tranquillity of your experience and that of your fellow golfers, we kindly ask that mobile phones remain on silent throughout your visit. Discreet use is permitted in the car park. Exceptions may be made for medical professionals on call.

Dress Code
At The European Club, we celebrate the traditions of the game while embracing a refined, modern spirit. We ask guests to wear classic golf attire and to honour the standards of respect and presentation that have long defined the links game.
Appropriate golf clothing includes tailored trousers or shorts, skorts, collared shirts, and golf-specific tops. For full details, please click here to view our dress code.

On the Course & Practice Areas
We want every golfer to feel comfortable and confident while playing. Golfers are asked to wear suitable attire on the course and practice facilities, with a focus on elegant, performance-ready apparel designed for the game.

Care of the Links
The European Club is a course shaped by nature and carefully preserved for generations to come. We greatly appreciate your help in maintaining its world-class condition:
  • Please replace divots and repair pitch marks.
  • Seed/sand bags are available at the starting tee and should be used throughout your round.
  • Kindly rake all bunkers after use and leave the rake at the front left or right of the bunker.

Pace of Play
To ensure an enjoyable rhythm for all players, we encourage "ready golf" and ask that you stay in position with the group ahead. Our course ranger is on hand to assist should your group need help maintaining the flow of the round.

Food & Beverage — Clubhouse & On Course
We offer a selection of food and beverage options to enhance your time with us — from light bites and refreshments before you tee off, to a mid-round visit to our scenic Halfway House and relaxed post-round dining in the clubhouse. To ensure the best possible service, we recommend reserving your preferred options in advance.
